Although I generally avoid writing or posting anything online, I am more than happy to share this review for Arnika Visa and Mr. Raza so that people searching for a truly skilled and professional immigration lawyer can find the right help.

My immigration situation was very complicated. My open work permit had expired, and due to a mistake made by my company lawyer while applying for a closed work permit, my application was rejected after a long 6–7 month wait. To make matters worse, my visitor status was also rejected, which left me unable to work and forced me to leave Canada to remain compliant with immigration laws.

After losing significant time and money trying to find proper legal guidance, I came across Arnika Visa and scheduled a consultation with Mr. Raza. From the very first call, he listened to my case attentively, answered all my questions, and carefully explained the options available. His knowledge and calm, confident approach immediately gave me hope.

When my LMIA was approved, Mr. Raza even prepared all the documents and supporting letters for me to present directly at a Canadian border port of entry, where he was confident I could get my work permit quickly. I was helping a close friend with their Canadian visitor visa application, and after two rejections—one in June 2024 and another in November 2024—we were feeling lost. The first application was handled by a lawyer in Canada, and the second by a well-known agency, but neither approach worked due to multiple reasons.

Canada visa story time!
Last year, sometime around July, my client Eric and I planned that I will visit Canada to strengthen our business collaborations.

I have gathered all the documents and applied for the business visitor visa, similar to how I did for the UK in past.

Not more than two weeks later, I got refusal letter. Reasons:
Not satisfied that I will return to my country, because:
1. Insufficient family tie
2. Business purpose does not sound legitimate

Really? Like I have been working with my client for 7 years!

Did some research on what should I do now, and figured out that after a refusal, before reapplying, it’s highly recommended to consult a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCIC). I have found a few RCIC located in Bangladesh, and called one of them. It was mid August, and they have informed me that the earliest the RCIC can even have a paid consultancy session with me is September 20, because they are so busy with other clients.

But I need someone who will spend time on my case and give personalized solutions. That’s when I found out Arnika Visa, a Montreal based company, owned by RCIC MohammadReza Eslami. We had a consultancy session and I realized how weak my application was.

Later, together we built a stronger application and Reza applied on behalf of me. The 2nd application was submitted in the end of September. After 3 months, on December 27, I got refused again!

This time the reason was:
Not satisfied that I will return to my country, because:
1. Insufficient fund to finance the proposed travel
2. Travel purpose inconsistent with the type of visa I have applied.

Both Reza and I were shocked. We had such a strong application, and a lot of people with weaker profile get visas. Mr. Reza advised me to appeal to Canada federal court if I can afford it.

Long story short, my lawyer convinced the IRCC lawyer that another visa officer would evaluate my application, and later, they gave me a visa.

Throughout the whole process, one of the best parts is, I made a new friend in Montreal, Mr. Reza. He is an amazing businessman and we share a lot of business ethics. I hope his business grows bigger!

If you want to deal with multiple rejected VISA, I do believe that Arnika Visa Solutions is the first choice. My visitor visa was rejected twice and I was desperately looking for an immigration layer. I came across Arnika Visa Solutions website and I found the provided information so helpful.
